Hello and welcome to another episode ofthe conscious collective, a podcast brought to you, bysepper kin and Blomobeauty to shine a light on our favorite topic, inhe conscious, Ity, on Mobin.Well, I'm Rabia, and I'm here with my lovely cofounde, some orhe fom, andtoday we're really really delighted to have welcome with very special guest onour episode today. It's Samona Hi Samona hi everyone. How are you very well? Thank you. SOMONA is alecturer at the College of Metropathic Medicine, where we first met Wen bothsummer, and I were studying a short course in skin health andnutrition, and you also are a nutritionist for wellness me. Am Iright yes, correct. Thank you. Thank you so much for joining us and sharingyour expertie with us today, Wol Ise, my pleasure, my pleasure. So what we wanted to talk to you abouttoday was very much how to maintain healthy skin. I think there's a lot of amisconception out there with consumers that the focus is always on what we applytopically on our skins and yes, it wels. That is extremely important. We knowthat ninety percent of our in health is internal, so it's nutrition and dietbased. So it's a case of if you neglect thecrucial naturments that Yius kin needs from your diet. Then your skin Wull, obviously not look its best. You could apply the most expensive creams andhave them as expensive and ten. You know most diligent skin care regime, but if you're not looking after what your body needs and what your kin needsinternally, then that is pretty much money wasted Samona, let's start offwith the key functions of the skin. Can you tell us a little bit about the roleouskin place? I everyone Simona and I'm Alecture at the College of NaturalPartic medicine on Short Courseis, a natural chef as well, and I am Nutritionis for my own company, which is wellness me. I'm also giving some consultations ot, the pefectualhouse and Knawso workting at the College of Natural Padic Madicine as aSeid and the Clao longer itic of nutrition as a Clien cordinate as well.So I'm very, very busy, I'm very outgoing, I'm a health ambassador. Ilove educating people and raising awareness of natural medicine and skin care is very, very importantbecause, as you mentioned at the very beginning, there is a hugemisconception and all those expensive creams which people buy and Thar isstill no result. So it's very very important to give you some awarenessand education on how to maintain howl this king, but I think we find thatactually with what we do as well, that half the battle is educating people butonce theyare aware, and once they see...

...the difference between your kind of ofthe shelf products and your more natural alternatives, there's not goingback absolutely absolutely. I agree with that and I have to say guys. Iremember when we were having the Lectur you Gav, we this little sample.Remember of your. Was It arganoil? Yes, I o I Hav Tosay, I've been using somany expensive oils and natural oils and everything I've never ever seensuch a result in my skin wellthen when I use your oil, because the thing isthat it was really absorbing quickly in the skin, locking the moisture withoutmaking it oily and wile in the morning it was like so blowing and radiant it'sunbelievable. So I really really like it yeah. Thank you so much o. That is,that's really lovey to hear. Thank you. So bad of course that's why? When youguys suggested that Tim, I you know, I chart to you about takingcare and everything I was up for it, because I really really love yourprogrems and I believe in your probluc. So much that's. I really want to helpyou raise awareness and, and kind of you know, break the brand even bigger. This is reani point actually to go into the key functions of the skin. Then soperhaps you cratoloio t well, yes, yeah! So basically, iswe know skin is thebiggest organ in the body and people often kind of neglect that, because weabsorb everything through skin everything we put on a skin, it'sabsorbed into the Blodstreim straightway. It's also practicalemphatic system. Skin has a heat regulation propertieswhich is like when it's too hard. If will produce sweat, when you go cold, you can see the goose bumps, and you know so- it's regulates heat is also asa mentioned absorption side. It helps with vitente production, as we knowwhen we go on sunlight and we catch a little bit of sunlight, Tus,kilbot, darker and at that is basically the production of between Te andvitimind is super superimportant in maintaining immune Housh and for manymaniskin conditions such as soriasis and Edamal. So you can see here howimportant it is the function of the skin in ditmented production foroverall health. Also, it's the first line of defensefor the me system. This is my first line of defense and it's so importantthat we maintain good skin help because tha IIN continun system, so it does have so many so manyproperties that we don't think about, and we really neglect ID. But we shouldbe very, very cautious because it's very important orgon. It also protectsthe internal orginans from dehaderation, so that that's another ty point hereand also the skin has a very importantfunction in the tuxification process...

...because it ecreetes through the sweatit excrete toxines from the body athe tray. Those are the most importanteson of the SCAPAI. Thank you now you touched upon of at the very beginning. You said something that's really Cean and something I think that summer and Iconstantytel a lot of our customers as well when they're talking about andreaching out and trying new skin car is Abad, that Aur kin directly absorbswhat we put yeah and into the bloodstream so th. Essentially thatjust highlights how important, when you do choose skin care and what you apply, that you choose it very mindbelie and Alternaiicaly truse products which areactually getting to benefit your skin and also not going to cause any damagewonce. They are absorbed into this gime. Absolutely absolutely yes. Yes, I thinkthat was fascinating and I think certainly the topic of Vitin D, whichis very prevalent, certainly throughout Asian skin turns and black skins, andespecially at the moment, with the virus. That's going around absolutelyLybel Bol Hav been linked to a reduction in betwe ind amounts, butyeah th, that's fascinating! So thank you for covering that. What would yousay then Soona ar the key nutrients that are essential for optimum Skivin, health? Okay, I would start with protting, because protting is the building lock of everything in our body, everyEverkin cell and I'm here and every every body syle in general. So prottingis very, very important to make sure that we have a sufficient amount ofproutin daily. That really helps skin held brought in rich foods. Are you know, meat all sorts of meat, eggs, beans and lentills? Also, Broccoli is quite hind. Protunsin case you've got Bigan. You know, preferences of Veganism orVegetaarian, so it's very, very important to insure. We have sufficient amount of protting atbreakfast lunch and Dinna, and that would also balance the Blat CugarLebels in the quarty, which will also make sure that you know we optimizehout and we look cradiant and everything so protting is, is the mostimportant I would say, also Omiga three. You know the essential facts essentil, what ar crucial, Fus cin held because first of all they are highly auntinflammentary and especially omyte three and megatores man found in as we know,Oll the fish, the mackerel Salmon Sargeins haring. We need to make surethat we have at least two three portions a week of oilofish, also founding nat, an seeds andeverything, so it's very, very important to also have olive oil. So Iwould say this is very important. Thoug Megativ, because also it helps withcertain skin conditions such as Sorisis,...

...an Exema which Androsatia, which wefind so common nowadays. So it's very important to ensure we have sufficientmount, but we need to be mindful that we are all different individuals, sothe amount of the requirements will vary depending on e individual, but asa general role o mega tree. Also very, very, very important. Zinkand zinc is specifically important for acne and overall Kan help, because it doeshelp with selfproduction and DNA production and very important pointhere that nowadays, all of us, we are depleted from zinc because of the poorsoils. That's the vegetables in frots Browin. They are deficient in zinc andmany other minerals which are even if we by organic it does not necessarilymean that we will have enough supply of Zink orany other mineral. So it's very important to issue. We have sufficientamount of zinc as well. Zin can be found in May pumpkin states. I have tosay you know, ar just a portion of pumping seed today, just a handful. That's really good supply of Zing, also meat and eggs, chicken, mainly anthirty so yeah they are just insore. You have sufficient amount. Vitamin C very, very, very important.Antiocxidents and VITAMINC is important because also it's one of the most importantantioccidents in the body and is important for college in production, sothat would basically ensure that the skin looks healthy and glowing and Vittmin D as well. Bete me vitamend,it's. As I said at the beginning as Wal, I was very important for men how, butalso for for skin radians and everything, and we can find vitmind aswe know, in eggs and fish. Another very important vitamin whichmany people are lacking and neglecting is betweeen. A Vitemini is so powerful because it'sreally really important antioccident as well along with ITMANC, and we canmainly find it in live green vegetables, Ohso, olive oil, nats and seeds.Avocados. You can even make a mask. You know you can mash a Rocardo with alittle bit of volive oil and just supply. You know on your face andthat's fantastic. So I would say those are the most important keen neutrinsthat we need to ensure we have daily for optimals can held amazing and whatkind of advice would you give to? Somebody who struggles basicallyestablishe a balance Diet because, obviously, being I obviously being busy with workor hectic lifestyle. Sometimes it's really difficult to me for you gettingall the key nutrents you need of your...

...diet. Would you recommend evirtaminsupplement or a mineral supplement, or or would you say it's better to justfocus on foods? And then I mean how would you what would you say in today'smodern lifestyle is the best way to get all the union trends if Giet can't becompletely the way it should be. Okay, that's a very good question. To be honest, there is no straightanswer to that, because again we all different individuals and that wouldreally depend on whether, for example, you just want to maintain how Toskin, because you you have enormal skin you've got no skin condition, then inthat case I would recommend to mainly get it from food, because that's themost important and what I would say of a good tape is to write all the Kinoudriens on a piece of paper and where do you find them in which foods and justtake that on your fridge? And it's so easy because of Visua, you can see itand you can insure that. Oh did. I have my chicken today to go. Have my endtoday. Did I have thiss de I have that so that' very, very unsy. This is what I do to ensure you know.I'm really getting the maximum out of everything. Also, if you do have a skin condition. For example,if you do have dry Skan. Yes, I would, I would recommend TA supplement again. The dotage of the supplement would depend on the person, but mainly Iwoull say, between a Vitamini is a good supplement. As a general rule, fourhundred international units o day, that's the that's the general rule forBetmeen E, but again it would defend on the individual basis. I would recommendthe Maga three supplements because, to be honest with you, it's so helpful for overall health aswell for formorn balance and for Skan and for even mental health is soimportant to mental health. So, yes, you can definitely take probably athousand milligrammar day of fish oil. That would be helpful, Zink, ZIINC supplement. You wouldn'treally go wrong with that because, as I said, we are depleted anyhow of thisvery important mineral. I would say I personally am taking fifteen miligramsa day of zinc, so that would be kind of the generol rule for doage. Again, ifyou do have severe acne, probably you can increase the dosage, but that willdepend on the personal case. Yeah vitaminc. You cannot go wrong. You Ou!You cannot over those Vitminc, because it's a water, Solibal Vitemin, soyeuave. Definitely you can go to Becmenc, especially for oumon boost aswell, I would say, as a general rule, probably a thousand millit gramma daywould be a good, sufficient amound of vitamin C yeah. Those are the general advices. Ican give about a gane tip in mind who all different individuals, and may Imentiore something very, very important here. We have to really take intoconsideration. The state of our Gut...

Helt, so got held is so important is,can help they are related. You can see when you see someone's skin. You cansee what's happening in there got it just always the case, so e's so important, because you knowif we have microbiomin balance or if we have Likigat or anything else going on. We have to work on repairing the gaps, because, even if we do take supplements this will not make any difference or ifwe take upsow supplements form, they will not be absorbed. So maybe weshould go for linquid instead or putches, but Tha Gane. That wouldreally really depend on each individual person in case soy F. Somebody has got issues. Whatwould be the key symptoms that they'd be experiencing if they need to focuson their got health yep, so mainly it bloating, Gus and also you know any hardburn orany like feeling of indigested food also bowos. I have to say, ladiesbowers are very important because you know- and you can really, if you havedaily bow movements, that's that's how it should be, but also you have towatch out that's a very delicate topic here, but I have to mention you have towatch out the consistency and color and so on, because that's really like theMuk of you gut held and it's so important, also skin. As I said, whenyou look at someone skin, you can really see you know. Sometimes when I'mon a tube or I'm somewhere, and I just look at people and I'm like. Oh really, really really needs. You know. Yes, yes, Bei tain with UN becaue, I think KFOR,a fact. I need a lot of help with my got actually and something that Ilearne from the course that you delivered, which wis fantastic was allabout protess. Yes, I got straight to it, so I made my first POSTPOSTA coupleof weeks ago, ill becrazing yeah, so because we're fasting at the moment, what I've done is ha. It wasn't a popular choice with the family, but Ikind of made everybody drink just a little bit at the point where we breakthe first, because that's where we put an empty stamach and hopefully it willgo straight through and line the gut and do what it's supposed to do. Yeah, absolutely because Bon rot is very, very rich in I mean oacids and Collegenas well, and it does reclare godlining. So that's why you can see the fact analsochologin will help. We just can help very important Youtune, which Iforgot to mention here before it's Biotin as well by auting and bevitmins. They are very, very important for O or kin hout as well yeah, but omn. You geta lot of these vitamins when you're purchasing these vitamins there's amultitude of s of vitemins. If we wanted to just kind of know whichgrands to start with- and of course you...

...know some of them- I've noticed, forexample, vitaminc very often contained sink, and then you have other vitamimsthat contain the beevertomins. Along with I don't know something else. Sowhere do we kind of start with that? And can you offer it bit? I ot adviceon your website or something that people can perhaps go to. I'm happy for people to contact me oninstagram. Just send me an email, and I can. I can give some general advice, but again it's down to the individual, and I willkeep repeating that because there is no general rule but brunt I would go forfood grown supplement such as Veridian or Taranova. They are fantastic becausethe form of this supplement is very so. Basically, when we ingest syntaticsupplement, it doesn't really do much, because the body doesn't recognize theform of the supplement and then you can actually have a verse effect, becauseyou can actually your innour system and your body can start fighting as aforeign partical, because it's not recognizable for your body. Whereas, ifyou, if you ingest a foodgrown supplement, then you will, you knowyour body will recognize it, because it's a food deliver it's food extractedand it will be absorbing it saying that if we have a certain medical conditionhere, which we need, for example, hidose of Vitimin d or anything, youmight select a different supplement, but for general health food ground likePeronova and Zheredian, are fantastic fantasticyeah. So considering thatpeople are on very tight budgets at the moment, just because the situation iswhat it is, if they were just to go for like a baseline overall general healthkind of vitamin which one would you recommend General Hald Vitman, I would justrecommend you know the viredian daily. They have really really good, justdaily daily boost and also vitaminc betesee. As I said, thousand miligramsan VITIMINC YEA Lto just go into now different skin types, absolutely m kindof looking at when we are looking at different skin types. Please Tet, Myyes, yeah bsolutely hear a lot about dry, skin and dehydrated skin, and we find alot of the time consumeers and people in it. Just generally, the generalpublic use them interchangeably, but I believe there is a difference between s.There is a huge difference, huge difference. Basically skin is you know. The type of skin is mainlydetermined by genetics, saying that can it can also be influenced by many andinternal and external factors, as well, as you did say here very important andoften confusing for people. They think that all my skin is dry and decodrated and it's the samething. It's not the same thing, although we can. We can have dry andbecause rite skin, but there is a major difference. Hays that diccod writer skin is the luck ofmoisture in skin, whereas dry skin is...

...really like dry skin, and you can, youcan see the different friends, because the cadriter skin looks really dull andyou know it's not necessarily. Actually all the skintan be also decad ritedYesiy, and it did happen to me in the past, where I never had Ri skin. Never. My sin is Maly combination where I have oilat zone and then kind of dryer onthe cheeks, but my skin was extremely dehodrated and I'm talking like fewyears back and I had exactly the same feeling and I was buying problems fordry sken and it was making it even worse and when I started being aware ofthe difference, actually it's very important that you had dradesdifaderated skin at a very deep level so that you can restore moisture andyou can really really see results and very good tip here for DICO driteKanist to use toner toner like roast owner, for example, because most of thepowners we buy in the market. They are. They have a Ph of five point, five, which is exactly the same as the kin, so it keeps it locks moisture. So it'sreally really good to use that before any an imostiurising on fany sort, yeah.So turn it sorry to interrupt you. What kind of things doild you look for, would you recommend a natural sort of floral hydrosoul, or is there aspecific kind of things that we need to look for when Shopping Potona? I will just go with simple and purerose water. That's Al Yeah, nothing added nothing! MORE THATS! That's thebest tonor I have ever used and with the best effect and is the cheapest. SoI would not choose any other tornar to be honest because rose water pure rosewater, it's as I said, cheap and it'sfantastic for all skin types. So I wull go for that one. Definitely. We knowthe benefits that rose essential oil has on the skin, a so of that it goesto figure really. So it's great and it's also great for all skin ages, soabsolutelyyeas Tebod, so that a something that's worth rememberingreally absolutely the beauty of going with a florof water is, you couldprobably mix it up. So, for example, you could have the rose, which is agreat generic Al Round for everyone, but I guess if there's certain sense ofSert in properties Youre after you could probably opt for maybe an orangeboss on water or laveder water, maybe in the evenings to help you drift offto sleep. Absolutely, Yes, definitely definitely you can you can mix it also. We have you know all his skin, so oily skin.Another huge misconception here about all t e Ollis skin is oh. I have oil, your skin, I'm not going to mosturize it or I'm not going to use anyface sooils, actually that's wrong, because actually by using by mostarizing onIskin and by using the right oils for...

...oil, a skin, you can balance theSeaboun, because if you dry it out much yours can be produce more sebum and itwill become even more oilid than normal. So it's very important to keep Oiliskin hydrated as well. Rost Onar is another fantastic you can. It has greatefects for oil e Kin, another type of skin, which is very, very common nowadays, it's sensitive skin so that skin, which is very easily irritated by anything andespecially a polution, and that can really influence sensitive kin. Sosensitive skin has to be really looked after with care mainly protect from you know, sunlight make sure youprotect from sunlight, also keep it mosturized and use more neutral products. I wouldsay not too happy not to Lighet just kind of the perfect balance. Another type of skin which we see oftenespecially with Arcne, is in flame skin. Okay, so that's basically you can. Youcan see the difference between inflame and sensitive, because sensitive skinis not inflamed all the time, but it's more kind of reactive to certainexternal factors or internal factors, whereas with inflend skill, it'sconstant irritation like redness itchness many you can find that withAcnem Anvosation d, so one yeah and you PLACwhen wood conditions like Exime and Sorisis Comande Inflame Sein. So Iguess it's very painful and I mean what's the best way, to look offterskin. That is inflamed, so its very important to balance theskin microbiom. You know it very, very important again, nothing too heavy not toirritate the skin. Very very light can regimen just look after o skin andtipit moistured and most of the time inflame skin has internal issue sowe're containd Terna issue, especially soriasis and EXMA. For example, we'vegot the dathelt and Victmin d of essential fatiasis metabolism isimpacted there. So it's very very important to consider all those factorsyeah and ive actually had so. My son actually had really bad eximer to theextept whet. We had become really reliant, pon steroid base queens attimes, and it would flare up a lot and what we did was actually address hisgut health. So we literally detoxsd his gard and I think, because we didn'tactually have receive any proper medical advice and we was all sort of trial and erro. But what we did was welimited certain food groups. We did the bone broth and we healed the Gurt and what we discovered was he had anintolerance to Greton, so we AB staind...

...from GRUTA for quite some time wehealed it. We had topped it up and lots of probiatic lots of bone broth, keptaway from Blueton and have now actually started reintroducing gluton into hisdiet and it doesn't flare up his Eximar. THAT'S ONE TANTASTIC! You see becauseexactly you repair the gutlining and that's the most important, and if youhave an intolerance, you can repair your gutlining and then continue tohave something that you were previously intolerant to yeah. Yes, except if you are let', say CELIAC oranything else which is Autiman and completely different, but yes, its very important and again Icome across so many clients and I just cannot stop telling them enough how importantit is to consider repairing the Gad, because people are going crazy nowadayswith foot in tolerance testing, and you know ointolerance Ow, just it's notenough just to remove what you're in Toleran to is important to understand. Why your body's rejecting it to why your body is reacting. Are you lauhingthat they justifend signs to actually digest te certain food or is your Gatlining, you know damaged and you need to repair it because with Glotin, especially what you found in the case of your son, I assume because BLUTONhas it's a Broughtin basically, and it's sobig, such a big molecule, that it leads through the gutlining into the blass, roam and create all sorts of problems and reactions, and so on. So what youdid is you repaired? You stial, the gutlining and the PROTIN cannot gothrough anymore and it cannot go in circulation and actually cause thereaction. SO THAT'S IT! That's why it's very important to consier here not onlye removing certof foods, but actually refairing of lining, and this is theonly way how you can see results and also introducing their Jessifin Zigmes, just to make sure that you de Jesting fool properly okay. And how long didthis take you RUBYEA and Somanter? How long does it kind of generally take ifyou're kind of looking at this kind of repair sort of Potagram? Again itreally depends on each individual and I'm Sorey, prefitting myself without someio the case. It really depends what level thedamage is at. It really depends if there is any other condition going on. I would say in the first five to sixweeks of following certain protocols, you can start seeing results, butprobably it will take about twelve weeks to really really see a huge improvement. I would say that,as a general rule, Agaili really dependens on individual okay. Is thathow long you found it took rubbea? Actually, we had not intoduced cletonand it was only introduced because he was adamant that he wanted to starteating it. So we didn't realize I could actually really introduce it. So wewent through this whole. Okay, Nomol Bletin, in your diet. Let's repay yourguard, let's heal it with all the sort...

...of proticles that Simona was talkingabout, and it must have been a good year a year and a half that he was nothaving clue to right and then gradually he started introducing it into his diet.Without me. Knowing because he's sixteen and then you've sort of Said Mon, youdo realize I've been having cluted and my eximes okay and that's when I thenobviously prompted an doing, did a little bit more research and realize itcould just be something as simple as he had a Leok. He got. We repaired the Godlining and tnon he's able to eat critin and tolerate it, and it's not like HEU,said his body's, not attacking the proteins and it's not flaring up anyexamonth. Absolutely I'm very important here with axomize Viteman d, very veryimportant. Although they are not many clyrical studies, I have to say toprove the efficacy of Vitmin D. Iwe see great results with vitmind onskin skin helt overall, but mainly Agisema, because vitmind is Nenmodulator and recently assomois actually considered more and moreANNOTI newn condition which starts with Gud, which you did repare the Gat, asyou said, but also consider betting ind as well. It's very very important forseeing results and insuring optimal levels. So the best rayto GAT BETWEENND is obviously getting lots of Sunnight but living where we doing theUK. That's quite limidtoos, recommend in situations where you're not able to getit naturally from some. What ECOMMIN would you Recognez so before? Actually, I would firstrecommend you test your between levels before you take any suppliment, becausevetminde spat soluble supplement and you can you know you need to make sureyou actually need it. As you said, we live in the UK, so all of us we do needit. However, still I would test before you take Ani uppliment, optimal levels from natropantingperspective and function. Medicine perspective is around Seventeen toseventy five. You need swear, as the GP would say. Even if you have forty sookay, but four optinal levels. I would say: Seventy five is the Batis, the forthe black test, witholt Om, talking supplement. If you do take supplimentit has to be with it, has to you, know the Bitiminde not capsual form but with fat, because it's fat Soligo it has to beein drops diluted in any source of. Let's say, olive oil or the Radianactually has beten D, which is quite good. So, yes, that's what I would say, butagain, maybe in winter you need to hire those, whereas now try and get it fromsunlight, just go out and make sure you know your face absorbs as much aspossible. I would say twenty to Thirtyn minutes. Oday is perfect, so mainly winter. We definitely wouldneed to supplement but again try and...

...test your IEELF, your level Seh andwhat's the best way to get tested, is it just tos literally just go down toyour GPN? Ask them to give you a full blood test and that's very tricky here, because the Jipis they refused most of the time to do it yeah because of many many different reasons, and they would often say, oh just take a supplement, we all deficient, whereasI would not do it without emetesting. You can just order a finge prict isstill by any chasse. I think andijus Birminggam or I'm not quite sure, buthis pite cheap is roundthirty or forty pounds, and I think you can get StoHamazon, it's a home kid you just finkerbreak test your you know, send itoff and it will give you the results. If you can get your GP to test, that'sfantastic, I neit will be the cheapest, but if not, I would yeah. I would dothat Willian. Should we talk quickly about skin care routines, then, and soa thin a sort of essential steps in a good routine and of course, now webought time. So there's no excuse yeah. Absolutely absolutely so very importantis to start with cleasing the skin, which is you know, using a naturalcleanser like skin cleanser washof kin morning and evening. Obviously, it's very important, justmaybe before clins, with misseler water or something neutral, and then withwith the facebash actually, and then I wild apply atorner Rost tollar and amoisturiser for overnight, and then theymostiurizeher as well. I think those are the main steps trace masks. I wouldhighly recommend probably two to three times a week depending on skin type andthe mask mood vary depending on the skin type, but I would say, with theskin masks, you can really go natural, like I don't have a single store boughtfacemask, to be honest because I either use yogart yere, just fantastic likeyogart is like the ffect is just unbelievable and actually yogart canbalance this skin microbiom. I would use honey Ol, though, not not with oseskin types, because honey can irritate the skin, but if you do have normalskin you can. I would use Mashter book oute with OllOv oil, as I said, fantastic for decodrated, sensitive and dry skin. So those are the main steps. I Will TayAmazing. Do you recommend then? What's your feeling on oil based cleanses? Yes, theyare, quite good, becauseactually oil dissolves, you know dirts and from the skin. Sothat's really good, also for makeup promover. So, yes, I would go for foroil, vase, yeah, I'Mso, okay, you can yeah okay, so I remember actuallysomething kind of jumped out at me. While we were talkingthat from the course, I remember you...

...kind of mentioning castor oil combinedwith her hunber oil, which makes quite a good cleanser for skin, and so so Ikind of had to go at that and it seems to work quite well. Actually, yes, absolutely absolutely, and especially for as we were saying, the Castero wasvery good for acning prome skin as well. Okay, because it's really cleans andit's more it's kind of the more it's very neutral, an universal kind of oil to use for cleansing. Okay, themawfunnhis classtroilas been used throughout the centuries in Ye countrithat we come from it's good for everything. Isn't it absolutelyabsolutely yeis? Quite a good one cool! That's been fascinating. Isn't it? Yes? Yes, absolutely absolutely yeah.Thank you! So much for all your was anything you wanted to add. I yeah noI'm good, and that was actually so beneficial. It was really Reyeahand. This is a ptopic that you never have enough time to talk absolutely to Abo einformation that comes out and then what you can relate to it's like it'slike amazing.
